No first-party launch announcement survives. A September 2013 database survey already lists GraphBase as a distributed, priced FactNexus graph database, so the catalogue uses 2013 as the earliest defensible public-availability year rather than claiming a more precise launch date.

GraphBase is the data store behind FactNexus's EKG platform; EKG's REST API (base URL api.ekg.factnexus.com, e.g. POST /concept, POST /fact, POST/GET /table) is documented with concrete endpoints and gated to Business/Enterprise plans. Rejected pass_B's 'Unknown': ekg.readme.io is FactNexus's own GraphBase-backed product docs, not marketing copy, and not the unrelated Huawei MRS component.
