Protocols JDBC/ODBC

ODBC/SQL access is corroborated across independent sources spanning more than a decade (Objectivity's own 1998 VLDB conference material, a 1990s OO FAQ mirror, and a 2010 ODBMS.org TechView report all reachable and quoted directly), so treated as a real, long-standing feature rather than a single stale claim -- accepted pass_B over pass_A. The proprietary AMS (Advanced Multithreaded Server) page-fetch RPC that pass_A tagged 'Native binary' is an internal storage-tier transport behind the linked-in kernel library, not a documented client wire protocol, and its only evidence is a 2006 paper and a slide deck, so it was not tagged per the dormant/thin-evidence rule. Objectivity, Inc. ceased operations in 2023 and current vendor docs are unavailable.

Objectivity, Inc. ceased operations in late 2023; the live domain now resolves only to a default hosting-provider parking page, so the last full archived homepage is the best stable replacement.

  • Objectivity’s NoSQL and graph databases are used to fuse, correlate, connect and present Multi-INT and Big Data for mission critical and operational systems with speed, accuracy and reliability.

status inactive

Confirms the catalogue's existing status. Archive.org snapshots show the full marketing site was still live on 2023-12-01 but had been replaced by a bare, minimal page by 2024-01-31, consistent with the company ceasing operations in late 2023.
